The Payment Process
We accept payments made by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Solo.

Payments are made via Total Web Solutions, a secure payment service provider. IVS GB does not collect or store card information. Payment is a four stage process:
- Stage 1: Complete the IVS GB Payment Form
- The information you provide is used to update our records. Payments for Membership and Project
Registration cannot be anonymous and must use the card billing address. If a payment is being made
on behalf of another individual or another address please use the Comments box to give us details.
- Stage 2: Confirm Payment Details
- The information you provided will be displayed for you to check. If anything is amiss click the Back
button to return to the data entry form.
- Stage 3: Make Payment
- The Total Web Solutions payment page looks different from the IVS GB web site. The total payment amount
is indicated. For non-anonymous payments the House name or Number and Postcode are also present. For anonymous
donations the House name or Number and Postcode are completed by you at this stage, along with other required
card details.
- Stage 4: View Payment Outcome
- The outcome of the payment is displayed by IVS GB as Success or Fail.
Failure can be due to any number of reasons that will not be known to IVS GB. You can try again - just make sure
the supplied details refer to the card billing address and that all of the required fields are completed.
